From the first point of contact they are great … Very friendly, nothing seems to be too much of an issue, all MOT advisories previously are sorted, and a very fair reflection on part-ex (much more than WeBuy in my case!)

Excellent service from start to finish!

Recently purchased a Honda Civic from Browns. Scott was dealing with my case. On the phone he was very helpful and polite. When came to see the car it was all relaxed and friendly, had time to look at the car properly. Paperwork and finance went easily, in the meantime I dropped the hired car and they gave me a lift back to the garage.

Overall really good experience, nice guys, good cars, funny accent :-))

Amazing service. Was seen immediately and everything agreed writhing 10/15 minutes. Scott and Tyler were so helpful on completing the part exchange. Will be definitely coming back for another vehicle in the future.

I broke down just round the corner from Browns with a flat battery and I was looking to buy a charger to get me on my way.

A lovely guy called Ricky came to my rescue and brought a battery charger to get me going.

I am not a customer but I am so grateful for Ricky assisting me in my time of need.

I went down to Brown’s car company in Maldon to look at a specific car that I had seen on their website and when I went there, I saw a few other cars and it was no bother to have a look at them all. Scott was happy to keep getting cars and pulling them forward so I could look. After finding the car I really liked, the service received after to complete the sale and finance etc was very efficient and easy to do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

We purchased our sons first car from Browns a few weeks ago. Information on the car and the purchase process was great. Friendly staff. Communication was excellent throughout. We were collected from the train station when returning to pick up the vehicle. A very very minor issue with the car was dealt with efficiently and again communication around this was excellent. Felt reassured that any questions / issues would be answered and resolved. Thank you.

Thank you so much for browns car company Ltd I bought a Porsche Cayenne they fully serviced it for me , changed 4 disks and pads they brought it to me all the way to Scotland the car is immaculate condition. They put a 1 year MOT on the car for me. Very friendly people . I had a small problem with the wing arches and the mechanic came to fix it all the way from England to Scotland.I really recommend this place I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for all the nice staff.
